Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD or professional Certifications on Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
∎ Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management, International freight management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Air inbound & Outbound shipment
∎ Manage Booking international and domestics cargo flight to the several destinations.
∎ Retaining data from multiple cargo flights and flight agencies (GSA/CSA), negotiating rates and sales.
∎ Responsible for coordinate with consignee & airport operation team.
∎ Maintain parallel operations with Foreign and local operation part for soundless transit.
∎ Regularly monitor shipment tracking and IGM on the ASYCUDA global system, and contact airlines if any discrepancies are discovered.
∎ Follow up with the operations team on shipment-related issues such as DN & DO issues.
∎ Monitoring Pre-alerts of company air cross border & domestics shipments.
∎ To convey the shipment's route and follow up with the origin shipper and buying houses, as well as to keeping the oversea team and updated.
∎ pre alert Cross-Checking documents and notifying custom afire department.
∎ Tracing and arrival status of shipments from websites and carriers’ software.
∎ Coordinate with custom department for collection of documents at airport.
∎ After the consignee arrives, follow up necessary communications with custom affair and related department.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign and domestic agents, and support our inhouse team for smooth operations.
∎ DG shipment handling.
∎ Collaboration with Warehouse and HUB terms for stock planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge CBM and weight, LIFO/FIFO
∎ Clear Knowledge have Incoterms (2020) and Bangladesh Export import rules and regulation.
∎ Knowledge about PI, Invoice, MBL, HAWB, MAWB and AWB and all the related docs for the related shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge have Incoterms (2010), IRC and ERC Rules and regulation and UCP 600
∎ Knowledge about Dangerous Goods classification.
∎ Operating Software Wise Cloud, SOL
∎ At least 3–5-year Experiences.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Group of Company and Multinational Company
