Job Context:
∎ Bakhtunnessa Chowdhury Diagnostic Center is one of the subsidiary of East Coast Group, which is a non profit organization for which we are looking for a capable personnel to be in charge of Admin & HR related responsibilities.
∎ Location: Kulaura, Moulovibazar. (Interested candidates who are eligible and can move in Kulaura are only encouraged to apply).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performed and managed daily administrative duties of the diagnostic center under minimal supervision as well as provided effective leadership that consistently supported high-quality services.
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Supervising hospital staff and departments and coordinating a wide range of related administrative duties as well as working closely with the management team to ensure highest standards. Monitor administrative staff's performance.
∎ Developing and implementing work hygiene rules and diagnostic center regulations as well as maintaining, sterilizing and distributing medical supplies and equipment as required.
∎ Preparing work schedules to ensure proper shift coverage at all times.
∎ Maintain and control admin issues i.e. Utility services, housekeeping, accommodation, office equipment's, safety & security, decoration, program arrangements, staff activities etc. of the diagnostic center.
∎ Maintenance of medical & non-medical furniture, equipment's in the diagnostic center properly.
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, Regulatory Compliance.
∎ Maintains management guidelines by maintaining human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Circulate official orders, memos and notice among the employees.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor leave record, absenteeism, daily attendance of the employees and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
∎ Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism and unsatisfactory performance
∎ Will support HR team in the annual performance appraisal and conduct yearly employee assessment program in Hospital.
∎ Conduct Orientation programs in the Hospital when needed.
∎ Maintain liaison with HR & Admin personnel in Headoffice regarding day-to-day issues and coordinate.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
∎ Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Bangla is essential.
∎ A team player with good leadership & problem solving skills, self-driven, positive attitude.
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to effectively manage own work and work unsupervised.
∎ Ability to multitask, react quickly to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Smart interpersonal and communication skills.
