Battery, Solar system
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the Product Manager-Solar & Battery who solely owns and is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned products.
∎ To design, develop and customize Batteries by using the latest technologies.
∎ To finalize PO/PI, BOM and all types of customization checklists.
∎ To work cross-functionally with concerned departments and all internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain management.
∎ To develop manufacturing process with cost effectiveness.
∎ To ensure regular communication with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and regular correspondence with Marketing & Branding teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in Solar & Battery will get preference.
∎ Represent the priorities of the product team within a cross-functional, highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think dynamically in problem-solving.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Excellent time management skills and good motivational skills.
