∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on advance selection criterions of Active and passive components such as Resistor, Inductor, Capacitors, Diodes, BJT, MOSFET, IGBT, DIAC, TRIAC, OP-Amp, VR (Voltage Reference), Optocoupler, IR, Voltage Regulators. commonly used IC’s such as Motor Drivers, MOSFET-IGBT Drivers including their package size and applications
∎ Proper Concept of Designing of Various types of motor drivers such as stepper, servo, BLDC etc. and their topologies
∎ Proper Knowledge on Buck-Boost, Flyback Converter, IPS, UPS, Voltage Stabilizer
∎ Single and three phase inverter design and operation
∎ Should have knowledge about different circuit design, such as Power circuit and RF (Radio Frequency) design
∎ Should be familiar with PCB Design software

∎ Design of display Board Circuit, SMPS Circuit, Control Board circuit, Inverter Board Circuit
∎ Testing and debugging Tools development Assembly of prototype PCBA
∎ Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability
∎ Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates
∎ Develop production schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and production goals
∎ Develop Quality strategy & planning to ensure continuous improvement and to achieve quality targets
∎ To manage material and product reliability tests according to product specifications and SOPs
