∎ Vivo is a well-reputed Chinese Multinational Smart phone Assembly/Manufacturing Company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for well expert in Process Quality professional for the position of "Sr. Engineer"(Quality) who have Excellent capability in quality issue as well as knowledge of smartphone electronics.

∎ Work Shift: 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
∎ Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible. Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for controlling process quality during the mass production stage. Establish & optimize the quality objectives, monitor and detect process abnormal in time control process;
∎ Responsible for the introduction of product manufacturing Technology equipment fixture and test plan and confirm verification and approval if any change;
∎ Responsible for edit and updating direct OQC, PQC and online lab room to complete monitor process of quality and inspect finished products, responsible for optimizing standard and test method, responsible for edit and updating test cases and WI;
∎ Responsible for improving market complaint issues;
∎ Responsible for handling whole QE team and arranging work of QE to make the work arrangement properly;
∎ Responsible for communicating with china to solve and improve any abnormality faced in the factory and help to improve from our process side;
∎ Responsible to launch new model successfully and lead the NPI QE team to make error-free launch of new model;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Process Quality Experience in Manufacturing Plant/Factory is Preferred.
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Know Chinese and English very well. Can speak, read & write Chinese fluently.
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
