∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
accessories sourcing, Bag manufacturing, Leather bags, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage & supervise the production process of Bag manufacturing project.
∎ To control and ensure smooth execution of the ongoing Bag Production operations, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance and Quality Control/Inspection according to product & manpower planning.
∎ To calculate worker productivity, efficiency, determine and implement the improvements of the Bag production process.
∎ Material planning according to orders and reviewing daily stocks.
∎ To source RM from local & foreign vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in Bag Production & Planning.
∎ Proven work experience in the production management of Bags.
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge in Bag and Bag related accessories.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
