Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in BSc in Civil Engineering
∎ The applicant should have at least B.Sc (Civil Engineering) degree in a respective subject from any reputed university, preferably from any Public University having no third class in the academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report Preparing & checking bills for projects and submit to the company .
∎ Project Cost Analysis and Control of cost
∎ To prepare work schedule / Work program in MS project.
∎ Very skilled/ adept to understand drawing, design etc.
∎ Prepare a daily report of the projects
∎ Routine inspection and monitoring of project activities.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
∎ Monitor and recommend corrective actions in order to avoid any slippage in the schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, AutoCAD, Contract Management, Cost Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Planning and monitoring, Project Management/ Coordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firm
∎ Sound knowledge of project contract must
∎ Very good in MS Excel & MS Project***
∎ Should be able to breakdown project risks
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ An ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
∎ Data analysis and reporting skills
∎ Must be smart, dedicated and well organized
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
