Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Improvise electrical maintenance system for all the Production machines and Service equipment in different plants so that maintenance is carried out per the job list and schedule.
∎ Maintain a record of maintenance done against the job list of the spares used and to be required.
∎ Direct and monitor preventive maintenance through periodic and predictive maintenance according to the schedule for all Machineries of entire different factories.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive work schedule to ensure adequate resources, equipment, and people, are in place to meet operational needs.
∎ Directs the activities of the Electrical shift in-charge as necessary to support the overall plant operation.
∎ Carry out breakdown maintenance with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One-line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
∎ Perform system calculations and studies for electrical power systems – load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit studies, and relay coordination studies.
∎ Operating the Siemens Step 7 300/400 software, to backup and restore a PLC program when required, perform basic system diagnostics when a problem occurs, basic instruction set and able to make minor modifications to software.
∎ Selection, Programming, installation, and Troubleshooting of different types of AC Drives to suit their application.
∎ Keep close coordination with the procurement department for the supply of materials to run the project smoothly.
∎ Administer monitor and ensure that all operations conform to safety requirements and maintain high safety standards. Keep proper documentation of all installation reports, testing & commissioning reports, equipment data, and all technical data for the electrical system
