Job Title: Senior Counselor (Operations)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Counselor to oversee the university admissions and student visa processes. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to students on course selection, application procedures, documentation and visa compliance requirements. This role involves managing end-to-end application processes, liaising with university representatives, ensuring timely submission of applications and offering personalized counseling to students and parents. The Senior Counselor will also mentor junior counselors, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian education policies and contribute to achieving team admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on course selection, eligibility and application procedures for Australian universities.
• Manage the entire admission and visa application process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with university partners and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
• Guide students through documentation, SOP/GTE preparation and visa interview readiness.
• Maintain accurate student records and track application progress.
• Provide training and support to junior counselors.
• Stay updated with Australian immigration policies and university requirements.
