Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth .
∎ Excellent project management skills.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance functions
∎ Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure
∎ Sound knowledge about trade license, chambers, Registrar of Joint Stock, Board of Investment, Environment Dept.IRC and other permits renewal.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Insurance Company, C& F Agents, Bank, Freight Forwarders etc. for smooth and timely operation.
∎ Overlook vehicle registration procedures from BRTA.
∎ Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs, VAT, CCI&E etc.
∎ Shipment schedule follow-up with freight forwarder
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about import trading, communication and documentation.
∎ Keep close liaison with foreign Principals and local vendors
∎ Cost analysis and implement cost reduction measures
∎ Any other tasks related to your job as assigned by the Management
