Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET/ HSTU/ SUST/ RUST/ DUET or any reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Estimating
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making estimation of materials according to drawing & design. Detail estimating as well as Preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ Structural Design of Multi-storied R.C.C. Residential & Industrial Building.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client and attending Technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.
∎ The person should be skilled and competent enough to design, develop and maintain standard administrative and engineer section port-folios and service schedule for the executives of different companies under this group and administer, guide and control the management team in attaining company's targets.
∎ To execute and perform all sorts of responsibilities relating to the Engineering Department of GROUP OF COMPANIES and to be guided and followed up by the direct supervision of the Central Management of this Group. The above service includes to accomplish all kinds of Execution, Quality Control and Supervision Works of the construction and development sites of this Group under the guidelines of the Central Management and to employ all possible means and measures to execute, perform and supervise all activities of the Construction Management Division of the company and to boost up the performance of the Contractors and Labours appointed at the Construction and Development Sites of the Company. It also includes supervising and checking all sorts of Procurement and Purchases of different construction projects of this Group.
∎ Structural modeling, analysis and design of city, composite and RC structure with software and able to develop MS spread sheets for design calculations.
∎ Design and Analyze the structure for the governing loads conditions as per the code. requirement as well as prepare master design specifications, dimensions, thickness etc. and Prepare connection design.
∎ Dealing with clients if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years practical experience as in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies as an Estimator.
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately.
∎ Leadership quality.
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
