∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: 3DXMax AutoCAD, Auto CAD 2D 3D

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Monitoring and ensure quality of all works like civil, electrical, plumbing, firefighting & others.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Must be able to read all kind of drawings.
∎ Supervise daily construction/civil work of the specific project.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the project as per the standard set by management.
∎ Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing drawing co-ordination;
∎ To co-ordinate with senior management and contractor;
∎ To identify problematic area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policy;
∎ Besides, do the regular activities as per guidance and direction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have Advance Level Expert on Building Design, Auto CAD 3D, Ability to Design Project as per Management Guideness
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Building Construction, Civil Construction, Estimating, Layout, QC & Compliance, Real Estate
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD ( 3D Expert Must be ) and related software

Salary: Negotiable
