Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance planning, engine performance analysis and schedule making.
∎ Preparing overhauling report with all necessary photos& different measurement records.
∎ Lead and perform corrective maintenance of equipment’s and auxiliaries.
∎ Making special tools, special metal or composite parts as per maintenance requirement.
∎ Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter.
∎ Leading Major schedule & unscheduled Maintenance Engine & Auxiliaries.
∎ Operate Engine & Auxiliaries equipment safety & smoothly.
∎ Monitoring & Trouble shooting of all plant equipment.
∎ Planning & implementing of optimum housekeeping by maintaining the plant in a clean and safe condition at all times.
∎ Record of work order entry & maintenance clearance.
∎ Work for improvement of workplace safety as well as plant safety.
∎ Monitoring quality of cooling water/boiler water/lube oil/fuel oil etc. and troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ Prepare, maintain and keep daily operational report, instant report, plant shut down / trip report, incident report, hot work permit report etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience required minimum 05 Years for Diploma degree holder
∎ Experience required minimum 02 Years for B.Sc. degree holder
