Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural and interior design.
∎ Clear concept on interior, exterior, CAD, Auto CAD, Construction act of Bangladesh, BNBC guidelines, RAJUK rules etc.
∎ Monitoring project as per design & drawing.
∎ Capable to prepare work plan & schedule.
∎ Visit regularly to build sites and organize frequent meetings with others department.
∎ Capability of full understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Capable to draft drawings as per required.
∎ Any other task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years

Salary: Negotiable
