∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology ,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for producing high quality project design. Must work on all phases of development including pre-design, design development.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, and Elevations, as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plan.
∎ Ensuring the team work together to achiever get goals and targets.
∎ Acting as a mater to new architects and helping them fine tune design skills and improve knowledge.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD,3D, 3D MAX, Animation, Planning, Conceptual, , Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight.
∎ Design, development and modification.
∎ Pursue and collect Architectural conceptual design from the consultants and provide innovative feedback for necessary modification on the conceptual design and internal layout.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Review working drawing for error free construction work.
∎ Playing a part in project and team management travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
∎ Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during Construction.
∎ Structural Design of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings as per BNBC 2020 guidelines.
