∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on patient-specific goals.
∎ Utilize evidence-based approaches to address speech, language, and communication needs.
∎ Provide support for patients with speech delays, language impairments, articulation disorders, and other communication challenges.
∎ Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each patient.
∎ Collaborate with lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
∎ Gather patient history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.
∎ Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.
∎ Work alongside lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisors to develop measurable, individualized client goals.
∎ Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and patient and family feedback.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
∎ Stay updated with current trends and advancements in speech and language therapy.
