∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 1. Proven experience working in a supervisory role within a Spa or wellness facility.
∎ 2. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
∎ 4. Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
∎ 5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ 6. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
∎ 7. Proficiency in using PMS software and basic computer applications.
∎ 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
∎ 9. Certification in Spa therapy or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Greeting and checking in clients.
∎ 2. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
∎ 3. Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff including massage therapists, Barbar, and Housekeeping Associate.
∎ 4. Ensure smooth operations of all spa facilities, equipment, and amenities.
∎ 5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the spa area.
∎ 6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and place orders as needed.
∎ 7. Train and coach spa staff on service protocols, customer service standards, and treatment techniques.
∎ 8. Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
∎ 9. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
∎ 10. Collaborate with the spa manager to develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
∎ 11. Assist with scheduling and rostering of spa staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
∎ 12. Maintain accurate records of spa attendance, treatments performed, and product usage.
∎ 13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to health, safety, and sanitation.
