∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Handicraft, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing related activities in Bangladesh.
∎ Supplier identification, qualification, development and relations
∎ Product sample development requests and logistics execution
∎ Product quotations
∎ Quality assurance
∎ Basic accounting
∎ Frequent travel in Bangladesh
∎
∎ Experience with USA retail stores and their requirements: Target, Lowes, BBB, Walmart, Dollar General, TJMaxx, etc.
∎ Highly proficient business English reading and writing.
∎ Fluent Bangla
∎ Experience in arts and crafts, basketwork, woodworks, metalworks, and/or furniture.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent general office skills, including all Microsoft office applications
∎ Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Attention to detail and follow through a must
∎ Proven experience in working in a team environment and seen as a strong team player
∎ Possesses a high level of personal integrity
∎ Ability to succeed in a multicultural environment.
∎ Availability to work often out of normal business day hours
