Education:
∎ BSc in ME/EEE from any reputed university.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Should have advanced XL/Oracle experience.
∎ Must have ERP/PR-PO create and process experience.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on HS Code, Duty, SRO & VAT.
∎ Should have manufacturing operation knowledge.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Excel and MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing and Planning of Raw Materials and Spare Parts.
∎ Find the suitable suppliers of RM and Spare Parts.
∎ Set up the technical specifications for the items.
∎ To finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD BOM, LC, TT, CAD based on types of customization checklist, pre-inspection checklist, IQC/PQC/OQC checklist, SOP and guidelines by maintaining proper correspondents with concerned departments.
∎ Coordinate commercial staffs to procure materials or components considering all available Customs and VAT SROs and suggesting proper HS Codes ensure maximum customs benefits.
∎ Prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly report for management.
∎ Participate major overseas Exhibitions/Trade Fair to find the suitable cost effective suppliers & materials.
∎ Regular corresponding with the materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development.
∎ Coordinate production and planning department and follow up material stock based on the requirements and maintain reorder point of each item ensuring stock of supplies at an optimum level.
