∎ B.Sc In ME/EEE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documentation & support the sourcing team of raw materials, spare parts, components & machines for Computer projects.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign supplier for digital & IT products sourcing.
∎ Working closely with Product Managers, keep their work update of imported material
∎ Analysis of international & national market and keep update of new technology & products.
∎ Develop new suppliers and check supplier profiles as per company policy before purchasing goods.
∎ Prepare the database of suppliers according to the products and ensure re-order point.
∎ Co-operate with Inventory team and fix lead time for all the raw materials.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Commercial team.
∎ Assist & keep update of all types work related to Supply Chain Management.
∎ Report to Chief business officer and Chief operating officer regarding machines, spare and raw materials status regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong skills in product and machine sourcing.
∎ Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills and should be fluent in English in any form of communication.
∎ Applicants must have basic knowledge of imports, ie, Bangladesh IPO, UCP 600, Incoterms, Letter of Credits, Tariff Schedule, Customs and VAT SROs, basic knowledge of VAT and Taxes.
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge of electronic and IT products.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
