Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with stakeholders to establish the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables
∎ Developing and overseeing the project budgets, diligently tracking expenses, and promoting cost-effectiveness throughout the project's life cycle.
∎ Coordinating the acquisition of solar panels, inverters, and other essential equipment for the project Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and the provision of high-quality products.
∎ Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, consultants, and contractors Ensuring seamless communication and execution of the project.
∎ Monitoring the entire installation process, with a strong emphasis on adhering to safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project specification
∎ Continuously monitoring the performance of solar installations and proactively addressing any issues that may arise during or after project completion.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders and management.
∎ Conducting thorough evaluations after project completion to identify areas for improvement and extract valuable lessons for future projects.
∎ Staying informed about the latest developments in solar technologies and industry trends to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare the documents required for carbon trading or equivalent carbon trading of the projects and communicate with different relevant stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience in solar projects.
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive, self-driven, hard-working, and motivated.
∎ Problem solving and Decision-Making skills
∎ Able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
