Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and set up software applications and systems.
∎ Configure software to meet the needs of users and the organization.
∎ Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by users.
∎ Provide technical support and assistance for software-related problems.
∎ Perform regular maintenance to prevent issues from arising.

∎ Monitor software performance and usage to ensure optimal operation.

∎ Prepare reports on software performance and issues.
