Client Support, ISP, ISP Digital, Mikrotik
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering calls and provide information about our products and services.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries to handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Communicate with client throughout the implementation project life cycle.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client.
∎ Develop and conduct training programs for each client.
∎ Act as a resource to assist project team in product development and testing process.
∎ Follow-up on unresolved problems to respective departments for appropriate solutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in ISP support.
∎ Knowledge in ISP Digital (http://ispdigital.net) will be preferred.
∎ Have a great interest in the technology field.
∎ Flexible in ERP system, MS office, emailing and typing skill in English.
∎ Must be willing to travel for implementation and training purposes.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
