Job Context:
∎ We are accepting potential candidates for a Full stack Web Developer PHP (Laravel) React.JS, position. You must be a self-motivation individual, team player, must have good communication skills, punctual, you must maintain standards in coding and be willing to take up challenges are find the right solutions.
∎ Full stack web developer who has professional web development experience in Laravel, PHP, React.JS , MongoDB /MariaDB, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
∎ Experience with (Government Projects) is a PLUS.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
∎ Develop web applications with PHP (Laravel), React.JS/MongoDB/MariaDB/MS SQL Server/My SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
∎ Capable to work according to provided Business Document and Architectural guidelines.
∎ Capable to work as a team player.
∎ Communicate with all related stakeholders.
∎ Adheres to strict delivery schedules
∎ Maintain coding standards and Organizational guidelines.
∎ Capable to solve technical problem.
∎ Support technical team.
∎ Review code.
∎ Perform detailed requirement, time estimation, and analysis and contribute to the design of the architecture.
∎ Possess a team environment work ethic,
∎ Writing clean structured and documented Code.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in Raw PHP, Laravel Framework (Mandatory), PHP framework, PHP (OOP), CodeIgniter.
∎ Proven at least 3 working experience in the ReactJS/VueJS/Redux, NextJS.
∎ Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
∎ Experience with VueJS is a PLUS
∎ Really good understanding of OOP, DDD, Traits & Design Patterns and the JavaScript object model.
∎ Must have experience Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3 (SAAS, LESS), JavaScript.
∎ Experience building accessible and performant single page applications.
∎ Working experience Git, Bitbucket, Github, Jira is highly desirable.
∎ Develop code in an agile environment, work through all project phases and develop new features along the way.
∎ Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Very positive attitude to Research and Development.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with can-do attitude.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
∎ Ability to think out of the box, problem-solving skills.
∎ Candidate must be able to work independently.
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
