Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for a responsible, active, and customer-oriented Page Moderator to manage our social media page, communicate with customers, and ensure a positive customer experience.Manage the company's social media page and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers in both Bengali and English.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the relevant team when necessary.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
Monitor page activities and ensure timely responses during assigned working hours.
Support the team in maintaining customer satisfaction and improving online engagement.
