Required Skills :

• Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other relevant softwires for photo/video editing and creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
• Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
• Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and execute social media images, video and animation by meeting the brand objectives.
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
• Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
• Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
