∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues within the glycerin recovery system.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control procedures.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the soap or oleochemicals industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the efficient and safe operation of the glycerin recovery and purification processes within the soap manufacturing factory.
∎ Ensure the production of high-quality glycerin that meets product specifications and industry standards.
∎ Monitor and adjust process parameters (e.g. temperature, pressure, flow rates) to optimize glycerin recovery, minimize waste, and maximize yield.
∎ Perform routine maintenance tasks on glycerin processing equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot operational problems within the glycerin recovery and purification systems, promptly resolving issues to minimize production downtime.
∎ Participate in preventive maintenance programs, collaborating with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of glycerin processing equipment.
∎ Maintain accurate records of glycerin production, including production logs, process parameters, equipment performance data, and any issues encountered.
∎ Implement and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while overseeing glycerin processing to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.
∎ Report any safety hazards or concerns regarding the glycerin processing equipment or processes to the supervisor immediately.
∎ Job Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
