∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto Cad
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, monitoring, installation and implementation of the civil works as per structural and architectural design of a project.
∎ Site survey, site supervision, site administration.
∎ Look after overall Project development/implementation activities.
∎ Preparation of short estimate, budget and BOQ.
∎ Supervising repairing and maintenance work where necessary.
∎ Supervise project independently.
∎ Ensure safety, security and cleanliness.
∎ Coordinate with purchase team.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure
∎ Ready to work for extended hour.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Capable of working with Ms-Office, Auto Cad.
