∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding structural and architectural drawings.
∎ Know about building plans, sections, and elevations.
∎ Responsible for maintaining store, requisition of materials.
∎ Monitoring contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Quality control of construction materials.
∎ Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ability to maintain labor and mason.
∎ To prepare materials requisition for the project in daily/weekly basis.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Estimating, Scheduling of the project.
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Experience in Residential/Commercial/industrial Building project.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Must Stay in Construction Site
