Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction site, Erection, Factory Erection, Steel Structures Erection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise Steel building and shed erections, side elevation and various support structure erection.
∎ To supervise construction and other works according to the approved drawing and design.
∎ To prepare work schedule and monitor project works according to the schedule.
∎ To coordinate the projects and follow up the work progress according to the construction plans in collaboration with project in charge, Architect, Structural Engineer and other responsible person.
∎ To analyze project cost and prepare BoQ.
∎ To ensure safety and security measures that are arranged for maintaining at project sites.
∎ To prepare daily and monthly progress report and submit to concern Head.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by In-charge/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in erecrtion at construction site.
∎ Should have ability to handle project work individually.
∎ Should have ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills to handle large manpower.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have sound command on MS Office program.
