Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ supervising and overseeing the direction of the project.
∎ liaising with the client, members of the public
∎ coordinating and supervising the project works.
∎ making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
∎ checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
∎ finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
∎ helping to Negotiate with the seller regarding land purchase & joint venture.
∎ Attend all land disputes of the projects & maintain peace & tranquillity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
