Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of apartment construction projects.
∎ Supervise site engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans.
∎ Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and other relevant building codes.
∎ Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety standards.
∎ Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
∎ Prepare and review project reports, budgets, BOQ and material procurement plans.
∎ Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
∎ Implement cost-effective construction methodologies and sustainable building practices.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
