Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Structural Design & Analysis: Develop, review, and optimize structural designs for apartment projects using ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, and SAFE.
∎ Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet BNBC, ACI, RAJUK regulations, and international building codes.
∎ Construction Supervision: Oversee project execution to ensure structural compliance with approved designs.
∎ Material Selection: Recommend appropriate construction materials for cost-effectiveness and durability.
∎ Quality Control: Conduct site inspections, identify structural issues, and implement solutions.
∎ Coordination: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers for seamless project execution.
∎ Report Preparation: Document design calculations, construction progress, and compliance reports.
∎ Risk Assessment: Evaluate load calculations, seismic resistance, and soil-structure interaction.
