Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Having Diploma in Civil Engineering from any government university will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Construction Building, Operation & Maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Management, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work as per design & drawing through proper supervision & instruction to the site labors.
∎ Receive quality construction materials as per specification and guidelines given by HOD with accurate measurement.
∎ Achieve targeted project works with close supervision and guidance.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of assets with minimum wastage.
∎ Provide timely feedback and report to proper authority for timely implementation of the project.
∎ Coordinate and cooperate with all divisions for smooth site works.
∎ Manage site administration with effective and efficient manner.
∎ Maintain all materials, assets, labor and all other site registers properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ Problem solving skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship building capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
∎ Presentation and reporting skill.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
