Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise site engineers and technical teams on various project sites.
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and compliance standards.
∎ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Prepare and review project reports, budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
∎ Review engineering drawings with architects and provide technical guidance as needed.
∎ Monitor material procurement and site logistics to avoid delays.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
