∎ Gains hands-on experience in steel fabrication, welding, and erection techniques.
∎ Learns to use AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and STAAD.Pro for basic design review.
∎ Strong knowledge of steel structure construction techniques and materials.
∎ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.

∎ Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.
∎ Resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Manage site personnel and ensure a safe working environment.
