∎ Sound Knowledge to Plot sketch, Land layout plan, Land Survey etc
∎ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular works & projects.
∎ To have knowledge for technical drawings and Layout plans for all projects.
∎ Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to the management and clients time to time.
∎ To have good AutoCAD knowledge.
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering, Estimate, construction & design. Plot sketch, Land survey
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
∎ We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team at Keranigonj office. The site engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of supervising land projects and Construction. He should be preparing estimates, filling of land and material costs with proper time. To be successful as a site engineer, he should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.
