Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular works & projects.
∎ To have knowledge for technical drawings and Layout plans for all projects.
∎ Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to the management and clients time to time.
∎ To have good AutoCAD knowledge.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years' Experience in a relevant field.
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering, Estimate, construction & design.
∎ Great leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Superb project management skills.
∎ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ A willingness to learn.
