Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to ensure work as per the design and drawing through proper supervision and instruction to the site labors.
∎ Able to receive quality construction materials as per specifications and guidelines given by consultants and HOD with accurate measurement.
∎ Able to achieve targeted progress by employing skilled labor force with close supervision and guidance.
∎ Able to minimize wastage following the right methodology. (Optimum Utilization with Minimum Wastage)
∎ Able to give timely feedback and report to proper authorities (PM, HOD) for timely implementation of the project.
∎ Able to coordinate and cooperate with all concerns for smooth site works
∎ Able to manage the local disturbances/solve any site problems to avoid any delay.
∎ Able to control and employ the labor force according to his/her plan and schedule of work.
