Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering/ Diploma In Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all civil works and Maintaining the work schedule.
∎ Sound Knowledge of surveying use of level machine, detailing all types of R.C.C work and proper knowledge about Drawing, designs & Estimation
∎ Maintain daily work procedure provided following check list
∎ Daily Materials & Daily Site Cost Budget Preparation & Reporting.
∎ Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity).
∎ Maintain Site Register/ Stock Book/ Measurement Book.
∎ Quality Control, Time Control & Cost Control.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Monitoring Proper use of Construction Equipment.
∎ Any other task as required by project management.
∎ Must stay at Project Site.
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) Experiences on river bank protective work.
∎ Should have proper knowledge about Block making procedure at field level.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Great leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Basic knowledge on project management
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
∎ Great written and verbal communication skills.
∎ A willingness to learn.
∎ Must have computer skills (MS word, MS Excel and internet).
∎ A driver's license(optional)
