∎ To ensure the quality of materials and works.
∎ To prepare day to day work program.
∎ To manage the skill and semi skill workers.
∎ To prepare the requisition of materials.
∎ To prepare the sub contractor’s bill.
∎ To coordinate with office for smooth operation of the project.
