Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise interior fit-outs and exterior works (cladding, masonry, façade finishes).
∎ Interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
∎ Monitor workmanship, materials, and safety standards on-site.
∎ Coordinate daily with designers, vendors, and labor teams.
∎ Resolve technical issues and provide onsite solutions.
∎ Maintain progress reports and update stakeholders.
∎ Assist in project handover and quality checks.
