∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Govt. Polytechnic Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as main point of call for technical advice
∎ Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy
∎ Overseeing health and safety
∎ Overseeing and managing the site labour force and sub-contractors
∎ Resolving any technical queries and other problems that may crop up
∎ Liaising with clients and representatives which will include surveyors, Architects and Designers
∎ Liaising with sub-contractors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age Maximum 35 years
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
