Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferably from Govt. Polytechnic Institute)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standard, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications;
∎ To maintain standard operational method, systems and processes;
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report detailing site activities/ progress;
∎ To keep record of all the construction related documents, drawings, checklists, etc. and to able to produce when necessary;
∎ To direct and supervise day to day operations of contractors, sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures;
∎ To ensure controlling quality & quantity of works executed at site as per drawings;
∎ To estimate and checking of materials;
∎ Having motivational power to drive the project execution team to complete the project on time; Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Construction Safety and Security Issues;
∎ To keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site; Having the ability to work/comply with emergency work instructed by the supervisor/ head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis;
∎ To capable of supervise construction project independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in construction work of commercial building
∎ Experience in various electro-mechanical items of commercial building;
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
