Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ A diploma in Civil Engineering / B.sc In Civil Engineering from a reputed institution is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, WASH Sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ Estimate materials as per design drawing and requisition.
∎ Supervise surveying construction layout.
∎ Supervise all rebar works and formwork before pouring concrete, as per the drawing, etc, and other construction works.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Able to guide contractors/vendors with the daily work programs.
∎ Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Supervise all project activities and control the wastage of materials.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in quality control, safety security, and project management system of WASH intervention having multiple infrastructures.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Prepare budget and assist to area team with RFQ.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and cost control.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, WASH codes, safety codes, and other regulations
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings and implementation policy.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery and organization assets, etc.
∎ Frequent field visits to ensure the quality of work around the country in remote areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ WASH, WATSAN, DRR, SSM works, Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Construction Estimation, Site Management.
∎ Able to ensure Project engineering schedule.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong team player skills
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, Google workplace, E-mail communication, Civil Engineering Auto Cad, etc.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
∎ The position is based in FH Area Offices and candidates who are interested to work in remote areas of northern areas, and southern coastal areas are highly encouraged to apply.
