∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Site Engineer for Dredging Project under Confidence Infrastructure Limited.
∎ Candidate should have the intention to travel/stay anywhere in Bangladesh for project purposes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the dredger operation crew of 20" and above Cutter Suction Dredgers.
∎ Follow up on Pre-work & Post work surveys by eco sounder and ensure production rate.
∎ Interpret and review dredging production drawings and designs at the site.
∎ Meet Technical and Commercial queries and conduct technical meetings with clients at the site and report to the operation manager.
∎ Prepare details of operational procedures and manpower schedules.
∎ Produce project-related correspondence and reports.
∎ Ensure maintenance & troubleshooting of dredgers & ancillary crafts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience as a site engineer or in a similar role is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge on Pre-work & Post work surveys by eco sounder to satisfy production rate.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD & MS Office.
∎ Good problem-solving skills and be able to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to forecast project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
