Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-in-Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute with minimum 10 years of work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall knowledge in architectural and engineering drawings and construction works of building.
∎ Preparation of detail cost estimates and follow-up of the estimates in different phases of construction.
∎ Preparation of material purchase requisition (MPR) time to time as per requirement of the project, maintain stock-registrar of all materials, machineries, equipment, stationaries and logistics.
∎ Maintain the proper quality of construction works as per guideline of Project Engineer, preparation of work program, follow-up the construction schedule, appointment of different contractors, suppliers, and finalize contractor's/suppliers measurement bill.
∎ Meeting with Client and related professionals of any Project.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have expertise in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-CAD etc.
∎ Minimum eight years work experience in building construction works.
