∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Dip in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise execution works of various interior decoration related projects of the company according to the approved design and drawing
∎ To handle labor functions and monitor the progress of the work in line with the implementation schedule.
∎ Project planning, budgeting, organizing, scheduling & coordinating.
∎ Managing inventory of the sites.
∎ To estimate the project cost precisely.
∎ To monitor the approved budget according to progress of work.
∎ Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and approved standards.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and challenges that may arise during work.
∎ Checking of bills of different sub contractors.
∎ To maintain liaison with the clients.
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge in the field of interior design & decorations.
∎ Must be well conversant in using Auto CAD.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in interior decorations.
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Must have problem solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years experience in the relevant field
∎ The applicants should have working experience in any Architectural consulting firm, Interior Design Firm and real estate developer.
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to discharge the responsibility within deadline as set by the team leader.
