Responsibilities & Context:

∎ • Project Execution: Supervise and manage all site technical activities, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, standards, and schedules.
∎ • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
∎ • Resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and labor.
∎ • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions to construction issues, collaborating with the design team for any required changes.
∎ • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
∎ • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress records, and inventory tracking.
∎ • Client Communication: Serve as the on-site liaison, updating clients and project stakeholders on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
