Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil Enginnering
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Consultation of civil working drawing, Planning, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, finishing work and handling, implementing construction for LPG projects in village area.
∎ Safety Control.
∎ Study the structural, architectural & other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Check the quality and quantity of the required construction materials.
∎ Check and ensure optimum use of construction materials.
∎ Prepare report on usages of construction materials.
∎ Able to check designs and take necessary step to complete it.
∎ Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs.
∎ Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time based on drawing, design and schedule.
∎ Check & verify the bill of the contractors.
∎ To Monitor and Control the day to day Construction Work of assigned project.
∎ Any other job as required for successful implementation of projects.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
∎ Job Location : Village : Bashata, Thana : Saghata , District : Gaibandha.
